RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

Pre – Recruitment Procedure:

Prepare a recruitment plan and campaign.
Collect a wide range of resumes from numerous sources.
Pre – screen potential candidates.
Provide a technical evaluation of selected resumes
Conduct a personality test to gain a full understanding of potential candidates
Dispatch resumes and arrange interviews.

SELECTION PROCESS:
We conduct intensive interviews with qualified candidates and if they meet the requirements and fit in within the corporate culture of the company, we recommend them for the interview. Throughout this process, we ensure that we frequently touch base with our clients, updating them with relevant information and communicating information between potential candidates and clients to ensure effective communication across all parties.

VERIFICATION & VALIDATION PROCESS:
At Hyderabad Manpower, we offer the following services,
We arrange medical check – ups
We collect original certificates for visa processing
We ensure that certificates are authenticated by the appropriate ministries.
We submit documents for visa endorsement.
We finalize date of employment for the candidate (as per client’s request)
